Why is JPY-pair pip value different?

JPY is quoted to two decimals instead of four, and the pip value depends on the live USDJPY rate because the quote currency is JPY, not USD.

What's a standard, mini and micro lot?

Standard = 100,000 units (1.00 lot), Mini = 10,000 (0.10 lot), Micro = 1,000 (0.01 lot). Pip value scales linearly with size.
